Arrive early! If you are a new client you will be filling out paperwork and doing a verbal consult. This may cut into your time on the table, so show up early. There is free parking available at the Office Center.
Think about what you'd like to work on, this gives the session direction and flow.
Please be respectful of hygeiene. Plan enough time to shower before heading straight from that gym class, yoga or run.
Every session includes: hot towel compresses, neck wraps, and aromatherapy. If you have topical or essential oil allergies/aversions just let me know!
24HR CANCELLATION POLICY

If I cancel within 24 hours → you’ll receive 50% off your next visit.

If you cancel within 24 hours → you’ll be charged 50% of the missed service.
Each appointment is reserved just for you. When a session is canceled on short notice, I’m unable to rebook the time and the funds are lost. As a small business, honoring this policy ensures I can keep serving our community with consistency and care.
Because I live with Chiari Malformation, there may also be rare times I need to reschedule on short notice. In those cases, you’ll always receive 50% off your next visit. My goal is transparency and balance. A fair policy that supports both your care and my sustainability.

what's the treatment room etiquette?
If you or someone in your household is feeling COVID symptoms (or any cold/flu symptoms) please reschedule until after your negative test results.
For those high-risk or immuno-compromised: please keep your mask on while entering the space, you'll be mask-free while prone in the face-cradle and have the option of wearing a mask while supine (face-up). There are air-filters in the treatment room for extra yummy air!
